Business Description
As you enter the Ivory Creek B&B you know you have arrived somewhere special.
The Ivory Creek Bed and Breakfast Inn, Amherst Bed and breakfast, is a true New England treasure, offering an opportunity to experience Massachusetts, The Pioneer Valley and the Northampton and Amherst area like never before. This is the tranquil view from the front door of the inn.
Ivory Creek is nestled on a hill aside a creek on twenty four peaceful wooded acres on the Mount Holyoke Range in beautiful Western Massachusetts. Hiking trails like this one wind throughout the property. Metacomet-Monadnock Trail which is part of the Appalachian Trail crosses over the inn property.
The walking trails and wrap-around front porch of our inn and many decks and balconies allow guests the opportunity to truly appreciate the beauty of nature up close and unspoiled. Enjoy the antics of the chipmunks or marvel at the grace of a butterfly as it soars through the flower gardens. Count the wild turkeys that parade across the back yard. Watch as the deer harvest fruit just as it’s ready to pick.
Proximity to Northampton and the five colleges in the Northampton and Amherst area. We offer Accommodations and Lodging to: Mount Holyoke College, Smith College, Hampshire College, Amherst College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst that allow guests a wide variety of diverse cultural events from which to choose.
Open year round, come and see why Ivory Creek has been voted as one of the “Best in New England”. Lots to do in every season of the year!
